Morning Reception Class smiley,

I hope that you are all well and staying safe. Today is a bank holiday so we wouldn't be at school.  However, I have uploaded a Powerpoint to help you learn about VE Day 2020 and there are some fun activities below that you may wish to do today. But most of all, I want you to enjoy celebrating VE Day 2020 with your family. Please feel free to send me any photographs of how you are celebrating VE day on Tapestry. If any parents have forgotten their password for Tapestry, please email me and I can change your password for you so that you can log on.

Note to parents - Thank you for all your support with home learning. I really appreciate how hard you are all working with your children at home. You are all doing an amazing job at keeping your child/children safe, happy and secure at home during this difficult time. Please enjoy the bank holiday weekend and stay safe. It has been lovely speaking to some of you over the last few days. Apologies, I've not managed to ring everyone up yet/ had to leave a voicemail with some parents. If I haven't managed to ring you up yet and I haven't seen your child at school last week (key worker children) then I will be ringing you up on Monday. I am working from home this week and next week so it will come up as no caller ID. If you do receive a voicemail from me, please feel free to email me with a suitable time to ring you back. I know it is a bank holiday today but if you would like to speak to me today, I am at home all day so if you email me with a suitable time, I can give you a ring. Otherwise, I will ring you up on Monday just to check how you and your child are getting on and to offer any help/support if needed. If your child would like to say hello on the phone, I am happy to speak to them too. smiley

I hope you all have a lovely bank holiday weekend. Enjoy the sunshine! smiley

Take care.
