Hubs have been set up in each district of Lancashire to help support those most in need during the Covid-19 outbreak. The virtual hubs are available to those who are deemed vulnerable due to age, health factors or through self-isolation. If you, or you know someone (a family member, elderly neighbour, relative etc) that might benefit then the hubs may be able to offer some support.
Known as 'community hubs', they are managed and operated by local authorities with the voluntary, community and faith sector. They offer a range of support including obtaining food parcels, help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, tackling loneliness, financial, debt and housing advice.
